The day started with a great breakfast.

Mordern day shepherd minding his sheep.

Reached Hvitserkur , the beautiful sea caves and lava formations

People were looking out for seals but could not see any.

Reached the town of Hvamstangi still in the search od seals.Met this beautiful lady instead.

Then we started driving towards Snarfellsnes peninsula. We were dozing off and needed a coffee badly .Only human we met on the way was an old lady , asked her if there was any coffe shop near by. She answered not nearby and even if there were it would be closed by now . It was only 4pm in the evening .Finally , we reached the town of Stukkisholmur, where we grabbed sandwhich and coffee. Ah good Coffee!!

The we drove to Kolgrafafjorour and Grundarfjordur, they were connected by long bridges over inland sea.

Kirkjufell mountain stood tall and beautiful over the waters.

This is a dead whale bones in Olasfsvik.

The beautiful sea caves in Hellnar.

We hiked down to the bottom of the sea caves.

Arnarstapi was our next stop, very beautiful town surrounded by mountains and beach , harbour and sea caves.Millions and millions of birds have their nests in these sea caves . The white dots in the sea caves are actually birds in their nests.

Dense fog grasped us and we called it a night at Kast Guest House camp ground. The environment was magical .Though it was not night ,but stars could be seen.A group of students flocked in the campground and set up a bonfire , played music and everyone joined them for a dance and drink.
